Description

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for EMEA, including market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategy, and resource allocation.
  • Own bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Manager to improve distributor performance and accountability.
  • Train, support, and evaluate distributors to improve product knowledge, pipeline generation, revenue performance, and market coverage.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists as the EMEA organization scales.
  • Manage direct sales activities in markets not covered by distributor partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic reference sites, and leading academic institutions across EMEA.
  • Increase brand awareness and market presence through marketing initiatives, customer advocacy programs, conference participation, and distributor enablement.
  • Develop organizational growth plans for EMEA, including recruiting, training, and regional support requirements.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance activities and regional expansion priorities.
  • Travel throughout EMEA to support customers, distributors, conferences, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership or sales team management experience across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models across multiple countries.
  • Experience leading remote teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Experience selling through public-sector procurement processes and distributor-led sales channels.
  • Experience selling into national health systems, academic medical centers, or large healthcare networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop accurate forecasts and manage pipeline performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and analytics; Salesforce preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel throughout EMEA approximately 40–60%.
  • Additional proficiency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, or another major EMEA language (preferred).
  • Experience managing enterprise-level healthcare sales opportunities (preferred).
  • Experience with business-to-business software or healthcare technology sales (preferred).
  • Clinical radiation oncology experience (preferred).
  • Experience with regulatory processes and market access activities (preferred).
  • Experience with RFP and procurement processes (preferred).
  • Understanding of radiation oncology department workflows and multidisciplinary clinical teams (preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Success, and Regulatory Affairs teams (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including monitoring sales performance and pipeline progression using CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships and develop creative solutions to business challenges (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary of €105,000–€110,000.
  • On-target earnings of €210,000–€220,000.
