Description

  • Own the HubSpot to Salesforce migration, including data cleanup and CRM optimization for an enterprise sales motion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting used by individual reps, Sales Directors, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as the decision-maker for territory scaling, account disputes, and lead routing.
  • Work closely with Finance to prepare board decks, manage commissions, and refine forecasting.
  • Ensure lead flow, ICP definitions, and account ownership models operate smoothly across Sales and Marketing.
  • Oversee the marketing operations function and support broader Revenue Operations execution.
  • Automate manual processes and build systems that improve the efficiency and scalability of revenue operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership and the CRO to develop a best-in-class RevOps function.
  • Act as the point person for tough operational decisions that affect territories and compensation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning a Revenue Operations function in a hands-on, doer capacity.
  • Team leadership experience is not required.
  • Experience automating processes and responsibly integrating AI tooling into Sales and Marketing Ops workflows.
  • Experience at an early-stage, growth-stage SaaS company.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including implementation and optimization for enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with enterprise-focused SaaS environments.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfort serving as the point person for operational decisions involving sales territories and compensation.
  • Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving ability rather than relying only on high-level strategy.
