Description

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for the SLED sector, including new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Position the Everpure™ Platform and all-flash technology as the preferred solution for public sector needs.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead pursuit teams of technical experts, product managers, and channel partners to execute account plans.
  • Develop strategies that address customer challenges and support long-term account success.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from technical teams to executive leaders.
  • Navigate complex procurement landscapes and support customer engagements through the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven success navigating the SLED procurement process, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Deep experience working with Federal system integrators.
  • A "Challenger Mindset" and a strong hunter mentality for prospecting new logos.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of building internal and external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a territory to maximize revenue.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track sales performance and results.
  • Ability to deliver referenceable business outcomes.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $130,000 to $208,000 USD.
