Description

  • Build a pipeline of qualified small and medium-sized businesses across South Korea.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with founders, business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Represent Pulse Labs at industry events, startup communities, and networking opportunities.
  • Communicate the value of Pulse Labs’ research and data programs to prospective partners.
  • Assess business fit, answer questions, and guide companies through the decision-making process.
  • Own business relationships from first contact through program completion.
  • Guide businesses through onboarding, participation requirements, and program expectations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communications with internal teams.
  • Track outreach, onboarding progress, participation status, and completed businesses in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with global research and operations teams and provide regular pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or a similar role.
  • Native-level Korean fluency (written and spoken) and professional English proficiency.
  • Experience working directly with business owners, founders, or senior decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with proactive outreach and creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely.
  • An existing network within South Korea’s startup, SMB, or broader business community (preferred).
  • Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (preferred).
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, research, or professional services (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams (preferred).
