Description

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach by building and improving a repeatable prospecting motion for healthcare employers and strategic partners.
  • Manage external partnerships with demand generation vendors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline hygiene, including stage management, activity tracking, forecasting inputs, and next steps.
  • Develop account plans for priority prospects and partner organizations and coordinate internal resources to advance opportunities.
  • Work with in-house counsel and stakeholders to move contracts through review and signature, including redlines, risk flagging, and approvals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close with support from leadership and team members.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand employer needs, align solutions to workforce goals, and define success criteria and timelines.
  • Drive internal alignment across operations, finance, and program delivery to ensure proposals are realistic and deliverable.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, email templates, case studies, ROI narratives, and implementation overviews.
  • Build and refine talk tracks and discovery frameworks to improve conversion across the funnel.
  • Synthesize market and field insights, including employer priorities, competitor activity, objections, and pricing signals, to inform strategy.
  • Iterate financial models to communicate cash flow, ROI, and workforce impact for employers.
  • Translate employer inputs into pricing and program structures and propose options and trade-offs to support decision-making.
  • Support leadership with special projects and other cross-functional strategic initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing and allied health.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership over results and team outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing or outreach campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets, plus marketing/reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the United States for the duration of employment.
