Description

  • Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth teams to drive distribution and generate partner premium.
  • Manage a portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support Business Development Managers in increasing production.
  • Research target markets, prospective partners, and competitive intelligence to support pipeline development.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to deepen engagement with current partners.
  • Track, report on, and help meet or exceed KPIs and performance goals.
  • Improve business development, partner management, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain a positive brand presence through ongoing outreach to partners and prospects.
  • Support regional events and field presence, including partner materials and logistics for retail-focused engagements.
  • Monitor partner performance trends and flag opportunities or risks to leadership.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot by updating partner interactions, notes, and performance data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales role.
  • Experience onboarding and guiding new customers to realize and repeat value.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss technical and business topics effectively.
  • Strong phone and video communication skills with professionalism under pressure.
  • Experience executing challenging opportunities with disciplined follow-through and results.
  • Ability to coach agents or partners through the sales funnel by analyzing submissions and opportunities.
  • Experience using multi-channel outreach, including calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person engagement.
  • Ability to run effective discovery meetings and secure next steps consistently.
  • Experience moving prospects efficiently from first touch to bind.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Metabase or similar tools to pull, review, and analyze data preferred.
  • Flexibility to align with core Eastern Time business hours.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15% within the region as needed.
