Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce healthcare consulting, compliance, and training services.
  • Research and identify prospective clients using public databases and other lead sources.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of healthcare prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently by phone, email, and fax to move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Send outreach messages using approved marketing materials such as Lunch & Learn invitations.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, outreach activity logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Handle objections professionally while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
  • Support lead list organization and improve tracking processes as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or SDR roles is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, nursing, medical staffing, healthcare consulting, or medical services is highly preferred.
  • Previous remote work or Virtual Assistant experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, articulate, and persuasive communication style.
  • Strong confidence making high-volume outbound calls and speaking with executives and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to schedule appointments through outbound prospecting.
  • Persistent and resilient when handling objections and rejection.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and lead management skills.
  • Must be willing to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.
  • Must have relevant and verifiable work experience.
  • Must have no other clients during required working hours.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer and a stable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and a quiet professional home office suitable for business calls.
