Description

  • Identify and engage senior-level executives within the healthcare market to build a sales pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Prospect, research, and outbound to identified accounts and warm leads across healthcare provider groups.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan by mapping targeted accounts and driving new opportunities.
  • Educate prospective leads on Provider1st’s solutions and how they address release of information and healthcare information management challenges.
  • Conduct high-level qualification conversations with decision-makers and communicate Provider1st’s value clearly.
  • Build strong relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders to support trust and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing to align outreach and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Log and track all interactions and engagements in the CRM system.
  • Forecast pipeline and targets using data and maintain responsibility for targeted prospect lists, messaging, and research.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience targeting new prospects and engaging decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities and communicate concisely and compellingly to mid- and senior-level executives.
  • Experience assessing prospect needs, personalizing outreach, and identifying high-probability opportunities.
  • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan.
  • Interest in market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Experience with go-to-market tools such as HubSpot, Outlook, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Success working remotely and having a strong home setup.
