Description

  • Develop and execute technology adoption strategies and best practices for Distribution sales teams.
  • Align technology adoption efforts with sales leadership collaboration routines.
  • Track and manage wholesaler technology adoption maturity in partnership with sales management.
  • Stay current on sales technology developments, including CRM and AI capabilities.
  • Enable core sales systems, including M365 Dynamics for Sales, M365 Copilot, and PowerBI.
  • Enable ancillary and third-party sales tools such as FinPro calculators, MoneyGuide, and Ensight Intelliquote.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing for new sales technology enhancements.
  • Build relationships with sales teams to support competitive differentiation.
  • Lead technology adoption engagement routines such as office hours, one-on-ones, team calls, and conferences.
  • Coordinate sales technology strategies with marketing technology and sales enablement leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking/presentation skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales technology training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred, with sales or distribution experience a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience using CRMs, with Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Working familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Functional fluency with AI tools, with Microsoft Copilot preferred.
