Description

  • Assist the Head of Sales Nordics and the sales team in day-to-day activities and projects.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Provide the sales team with research, presentations, and other enablement materials proactively.
  • Conduct market research and prospect-based research.
  • Develop and improve existing sales tools.
  • Perform CRM audits and prepare reports on current sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales-enablement role covering sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, and research.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with C1 level or above.
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex projects end to end.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs, with strong presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields is preferred.
