Description

  • Design and operationalize Doxel’s first formal sales enablement program, including strategy, priorities, and infrastructure.
  • Create scalable onboarding programs across GTM roles, starting with AEs and expanding to SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success.
  • Develop certification frameworks, role-based competency models, and certification standards tied to domain fluency.
  • Build repeatable, AI-supported training systems, self-service learning, and the supporting tooling and LMS stack.
  • Develop construction-focused curricula, including persona guides, discovery questions, objection handling, and realistic practice exercises.
  • Deliver live and asynchronous training, coach reps through call reviews, demo reviews, deal debriefs, and role-plays.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks across discovery, qualification, account planning, and deal inspection.
  • Develop messaging and talk tracks aligned to ICPs and buyer personas, and translate product releases into sales-ready enablement content.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to surface field gaps and improve enablement programs.
  • Define enablement KPIs and analyze training effectiveness, ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, certification performance, and sales productivity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across sales, sales training, and/or enablement, ideally including direct enterprise selling or rep coaching.
  • Demonstrated excellence as a teacher and coach with a track record of developing people from beginner to credible.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and adult-learning skills.
  • Strong learning agility and proven ability to become genuinely expert in a complex or technical domain.
  • Fluency with modern AI tools and experience using them to scale training and content production.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including long multi-stakeholder cycles with technical and operational buyers.
  • Fluency in at least one sales methodology such as MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Command of the Message.
  • 0→1 experience building training, onboarding, or sales programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to create curricula, playbooks, and certification tracks independently without relying on pre-existing templates.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience building AI-enabled or self-service training, including simulation-based practice or AI-assisted content creation.
  • Preferred: Experience in construction tech, AEC, industrial SaaS, PropTech, or operational technology.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise procurement and operational or field buyer personas.
  • Preferred: Experience enabling technical sales motions involving Solutions Engineering.
  • Preferred: Certifications in sales coaching, enablement, training, or leadership development.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing LMS or enablement tooling.
