Description

  • Develop and maintain annuity production through a detailed business plan with financial institutions.
  • Train, motivate, and develop successful working relationships with specified Financial Institutions.
  • Support corporate objectives and act as a steward of company resources within the Annuity Distribution group.
  • Execute senior wholesaling functions across assigned geographic territories.
  • Cultivate business to achieve activity and sales goals with top producers across distribution channels.
  • Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers as the driver of a three-person sales team.
  • Adhere to required activity levels and territory management strategy.
  • Drive advisor relationships and sales through targeted activity expectations.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution required.
  • Previous external sales management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory.
  • Experience in all channels of annuity distribution is optimal.
  • State Life and Health License required.
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
