Description

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging new clients interested in developing organizational change capability or applying change management to critical initiatives.
  • Develop account growth strategies that position the Prosci brand as a market leader within target accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with account teams and internal partners on regular client touchpoints, including annual account reviews for strategic accounts.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on change management strategy and recommend Prosci offerings that will advance client change capability.
  • Represent the organization through onsite sales meetings, virtual meetings, tradeshows, and events.
  • Manage key business development metrics, including top enterprise deals, new service offerings, service plans, and client maturity assessments.
  • Own the client acquisition process from opportunity identification and scoping through proposal creation, contract negotiation, and close.
  • Use value-based selling techniques to position Prosci solutions and communicate business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience acquiring new clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, advisory services, and/or professional services sales.
  • 10+ years of experience engaging with senior-level leaders across multiple industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM technologies, especially Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience using Prosci tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience working in managerial roles such as global team leadership or P&L ownership is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
  • Experience with solutions sales, ideally related to people and organizations.
  • Strong solution sales experience and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling multi-year professional service engagements in the €200k to €500k range, with broader experience up to €1,000k preferred.
  • Track record of meeting goals and quota in sales or business development roles.
  • Must be based in France and willing to travel regularly, with up to 50% travel domestically and internationally.
