Description

  • Initiate personalized outbound outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Manage daily activity targets for call and email volume.
  • Research, identify, and segment prospects that fit the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Tailor outreach based on prospect research and segmentation.
  • Engage prospects to uncover pain points and qualify interest for scheduled demos.
  • Coordinate and document smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline with engagement tracking and follow-up activity.
  • Analyze outreach performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

Requirements

  • Must be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones.
  • Experience with outreach tools such as Orum, LinkedIn, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot for outreach tracking and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive email writing.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Ability to manage high activity volume without sacrificing quality.
  • Quickly adapts approach based on prospect feedback or data insights.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and curiosity about business impact.
  • Experience in fintech or the financial space is preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS or technology sales cycles is preferred.
  • Creative outreach techniques, such as personalized video messages, are a plus.

  • $56,000 base salary per year plus variable compensation based on qualified pipeline generation.

  • Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance equal to 1x annual salary up to $500,000.
  • Unlimited PTO beginning two months after the start date, plus local holidays.
