Description

  • Own all revenue streams across the Prop Firm Match and Prop Firm Business units, including affiliate rev-share, CPA, exclusive offers, vendor commissions, and commercial terms.
  • Personally manage top prop firm partner relationships and run the 90-day turnaround on key accounts.
  • Negotiate, optimize, and standardize commercial structures such as rev share, exclusive offers, attribution, audit rights, tail clauses, and dispute resolution.
  • Build and run the Prop Firm Business commercial model, including vendor-to-firm introductions and partner monetization.
  • Drive retention, renewals, and expansion to achieve net revenue retention above 100%.
  • Lead quarterly partner commercial reviews with top firms and vendors.
  • Build forecasting, scorecard, CRM, attribution, and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
  • Implement commercial SOPs, qualification gates, escalation paths, and weekly operating cadences.
  • Build out and lead the Commercial team across firms, vendors, account management, and partnerships functions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience, Product, and executive leadership on new revenue initiatives and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in a CRO, VP Commercial, or Head of Revenue role at a high-growth company.
  • Experience building and leading commercial teams of 10–25 across new business, account management, and BDR or partnerships functions.
  • Strong RevOps capability with CRM management, pipeline reporting, weighted forecasting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, scorecards, and operating cadences from scratch.
  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and clear executive-level communication.
  • Track record of driving net revenue retention above 100% and scaling a commercial engine through a 10M → 30M+ ARR range.
  • Excellent async written communication and comfort working in a remote-first environment.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or affiliate-driven businesses is preferred.
  • Fluency in prop trading, fintech, or trading-adjacent industries is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-BU P&L ownership and scaling commercial operations across multiple business lines is preferred.
  • International market expansion experience is preferred.
  • Experience using AI or automation to improve commercial workflows is preferred.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to work remotely with at least 4+ hours of overlap with CET hours, with a working day starting at 11am CET.
