Description

  • Develop and execute regional partner marketing strategies to support business growth, demand generation, and partner engagement across Europe and international markets.
  • Build annual marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to advance joint business objectives and market presence.
  • Align partner marketing activities with regional sales teams and global marketing functions to support go-to-market priorities.
  • Adapt global campaigns and programs into locally relevant initiatives for different markets and partner ecosystems.
  • Plan and deliver partner-focused events, conferences, roadshows, enablement programs, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support, resources, training materials, and campaign assets to strengthen partner relationships.
  • Manage MDF and partner marketing investments, including budget allocation, governance, and ROI measurement.
  • Track and analyze partner marketing performance using KPIs and insights to improve effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless partner and customer experience.
  • Share learnings, best practices, and successful initiatives across regions to support scalable partner marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, ideally in a technology, SaaS, education, or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales channels, and working with distributors, resellers, or strategic partners.
  • Experience developing partner marketing plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage MDF programs, marketing budgets, and partner investments while measuring performance and ROI.
  • Experience delivering campaigns across digital, virtual, and in-person channels, including partner events and enablement activities.
  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, demand generation, and external partners.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or partner management platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets.
  • Analytical, results-driven mindset with the ability to use data and insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially in international or matrix organizations.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to challenge processes, suggest improvements, and drive new ideas.
