Description

  • Support the development of new content and campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Execute digital marketing tactics across paid search, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to reach account targets and drive MQLs and SQLs.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets.
  • Support content atomization efforts to repurpose content into smaller formats for social, paid media, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce campaign imagery and creative materials.
  • Oversee email, landing page, and form templates to ensure best practices and cross-device performance.
  • Deliver marketing analytics and reporting to measure ROI, optimize performance, and forecast improvements.
  • Support the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize CRM and marketing tech stack health, including coordination with IT on fixes and upgrades.
  • Implement reporting frameworks that surface actionable leads to Inside Sales and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in biotech or life sciences, preferably in lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects.
  • Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll.
  • Intermediate to advanced hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital channels.
  • Experience supporting or managing ABM initiatives.
  • Ability to work remotely in Hungary, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
