Description

  • Manage dispatch operations using Bambi software and support daily scheduling and operational tasks.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the email inbox by prioritizing messages, responding to correspondence, and following up as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to an existing database of 500+ leads and support lead conversion efforts.
  • Follow up consistently with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with audiences on social media through daily interactions across each platform.
  • Support brand presence and lead engagement through social channels.
  • Work proactively across dispatch, sales support, customer communication, and social media tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and communication to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound calling is required.
  • Dispatch or operations experience, preferably using Bambi or similar tools, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with confident and clear phone communication.
  • Professional written communication for email and messaging.
  • Comfort making outbound calls and following up proactively with leads.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversion.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities daily with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience posting and engaging on social media platforms.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, communication tools, and dispatch software.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, a noise-canceling headset, a webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
