Description

  • Own the entire cold email system from initial setup through ongoing optimization.
  • Set up and manage domains, inboxes, and outbound infrastructure.
  • Build and execute cold email campaign strategy.
  • Write or oversee high-converting cold email copy.
  • Handle email warm-up and deliverability management.
  • Launch campaigns and monitor daily performance.
  • Test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on results.
  • Track key metrics and continuously improve outbound performance.
  • Work with the dedicated setter to help qualify and convert leads.

Requirements

  • Proven results with cold email campaigns at scale.
  • Strong understanding of deliverability and inbox placement.
  • Ability to write or oversee high-performing outbound copy.
  • Experience testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • High-speed internet connection with minimum 15 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset and webcam.
  • Quiet, professional workspace.
  • Website or portfolio, plus case studies or results, are needed for application.
