Description

  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for the company page and key personal profiles.
  • Research, build, and maintain a content bank of post ideas from client wins, internal insights, and competitor research.
  • Identify and model high-performing LinkedIn profiles and pages targeting similar ICPs.
  • Coordinate content interviews, transcripts, and insight extraction into draft content.
  • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns using HeyReach, including target list building, sequence writing, and reply monitoring.
  • Execute cold email campaigns using Instantly, including copy testing and campaign hygiene.
  • Source and prioritise target companies and contacts and support account-based marketing research.
  • Assist with setup and management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance, compile reports, and flag underperforming campaigns.
  • Coordinate case studies, written testimonials, and B2B video content, including drafting, data gathering, and approval management.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence.
  • Support logistics and follow-up for networking events, trade shows, and industry partnerships.
  • Manage referral partner communications and track partnership activity.
  • Compile weekly marketing activity reports and track key metrics across outreach, content, and paid media.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing coordination.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel for content and/or outreach.
  • Experience with cold email and outreach platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools such as HeyReach.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong written English with the ability to draft professional, human-sounding copy that avoids jargon and AI-like tone.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as drafting assistants, with the ability to review and refine output.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in an agency environment or supporting B2B services businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, eCommerce, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
  • Experience producing case studies or B2B video content is preferred.
  • Exposure to Account Based Marketing strategies is preferred.
