Description

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Use Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within your department to support client work and decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with client decision makers through regular one-on-one check-ins and proactive communication.
  • Guide account teams on comprehensive paid-channel strategy to meet or exceed client business objectives.
  • Oversee paid advertising QA processes to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
  • Monitor client performance against goals and forecast targets, ensuring strong portfolio-level results.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and measurement frameworks to identify strategic opportunities and inform reporting, decisions, and budgets.
  • Lead contract renewal strategy and begin renewal planning at least 90 days before expiration.
  • Identify service expansion opportunities to grow client partnerships and revenue.
  • Manage and coach Account Managers, strategists, and paid advertising team members to improve execution and client communication.
  • Coach teams on storytelling, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to strengthen client-facing excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience, such as Salesforce, Shopify, or HubSpot.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER.
  • Campaign leadership experience across end-to-end, multi-channel campaign development including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level contacts.
  • Experience functioning as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients.
  • Highly dependable, self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal development.
