Description

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across assigned law enforcement agencies.
  • Develop, execute, and adjust account strategies with the account team.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery across accounts.
  • Understand customer business, workflows, and contact networks within each account.
  • Bring in internal experts and specialists as needed to support customer needs.
  • Oversee all account activities for the assigned book of business.
  • Own the account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast account performance, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to marketing.
  • Provide customer product training, demonstrations, and technical or administrative product information as needed.
  • Manage the individual expense budget for the territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful customer-facing software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience in solution or consultative sales within complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to travel 70%+ of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate regularly across teams.
  • Willingness to own and drive a territory.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
