Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to maximize contact and consultation bookings.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients, uncover needs, and present the value of a paid consultation persuasively.
  • Handle objections professionally and guide leads toward booking and payment with confidence and empathy.
  • Follow up persistently with warm leads until they convert or are disqualified.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in HubSpot or other CRM software.
  • Use AI-generated call summaries to support follow-up and self-coaching.
  • Manage conversations through ManyChat and other inbound messaging flows.
  • Coordinate consultation scheduling, including reminders, rescheduling, and requests for additional information.
  • Meet daily and weekly goals for consultations booked, response time, and follow-up activity.
  • Act as the bridge between prospective clients and Consultation Specialists to ensure a smooth handoff.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume B2C environments in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed booking or sales quotas.
  • Experience working with a CRM and managing high-volume lead flow.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms in a structured daily workflow.
  • Organized, disciplined, and resilient approach to target-driven work.
  • Growth mindset with adaptability and willingness to act on feedback.
  • Preferred experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Preferred familiarity with ManyChat or other conversational marketing tools.
  • Preferred experience in legal, healthcare, or other high-stakes, high-empathy environments.

  • Monthly gross salary of USD 1,300-1,500 OTE, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
