Description

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective independent bike retail partners in the Netherlands.
  • Prospect retailers through cold calling, email outreach, social outreach, and in-person store visits.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and close deals with retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at prospective and current partners.
  • Manage key accounts and partners in the Netherlands.
  • Overcome objections and respond confidently to challenges and requests from prospects.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to execute the wholesale and retail sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a field sales role with a proven track record of strong sales performance.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • A can-do, will-do attitude and a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily over the phone.
  • A relationship-building mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for cycling and e-mobility.
  • Good understanding of the product, USP, services, core market, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Dynamic, driven, and comfortable working as an account manager.
