Description

  • Identify and track potential Military Intelligence opportunities in collaboration with delivery, capabilities, project, and growth teams.
  • Ensure opportunities are accurately recorded, tagged, valued, and regularly updated in Compass.
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews and keep leadership informed of opportunities on the horizon.
  • Manage the NBM process, including reviews, scheduling, and timely execution.
  • Request and help ensure B&P is used effectively.
  • Identify resources to develop RFIs and white papers and review submitted artifacts.
  • Advise MI teams on capture strategy, vehicles, resources, and related support areas.
  • Confirm and coordinate resources needed to write and review responses.
  • Participate in color team reviews to strengthen proposal quality and competitiveness.
  • Support innovation efforts by helping conceptualize new MI solutions, GTM plans, and incubated offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI-first and AI-centric delivery and growth strategies across MI, D&I, and AFS.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in applied technology.
  • 15+ years of experience in defense consulting and market development.
  • Deep understanding of Military Intelligence missions and capability demand signals.
  • Strong network across the Military Intelligence community and related technology space.
  • Executive presence and technical acumen to bridge engineering teams and C-suite executives across government, commercial partners, and AFS.
  • Experience developing relationships with data and technology alliance partners.
  • Proven record of incubating market-viable capabilities with emerging technology and shaping and winning work.
  • Experience as a P&L leader managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives and driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Recognized ability to cultivate high-performing teams and develop next-generation leaders.
