Description

  • Own and drive sales strategy for ClassPass partner supply growth across multiple U.S. and Canada regions.
  • Manage a team of 6-8 Regional Sales Managers and hold them accountable for acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention targets.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for difficult negotiations and support managers and individual contributors in closing complex deals.
  • Drive ROI-based talent acquisition planning, including market sizing and succession planning.
  • Lead onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development programs for the field sales team.
  • Build regional industry relationships through conferences, networking, and field visits to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Revenue Operations and Revenue Enablement, to achieve regional targets and build sales excellence.
  • Present progress and business updates to Executive Leadership as needed.
  • Create business cases for new strategies, including cost-benefit analysis.
  • Manage expenses and budgets to ensure compliance and strong return on investment.
  • Use Salesforce and Salesloft analytics to monitor the sales funnel and identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive B2B sales management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience managing managers.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales individual contributor experience, preferably in SaaS, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Experience managing managers, field sales expansion, and SMB clients is required.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound field and inside sales across the full sales cycle, including pre-sale and post-sale phases.
  • Proven ability to develop and train teams on engagement, negotiation, pipeline management, and related sales practices.
  • Exemplary B2B sales negotiation skills.
  • Expert-level problem solving, strategic thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder-balancing skills.
  • Excellent public speaking experience with audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive and external audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including presentation materials.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent over-performance on monthly and quarterly quotas and OKRs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Familiarity with or professional connections in the local fitness and wellness industry in the region, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region up to 30% of the time and reside within the designated region.
  • Experience with generative thinking and innovative strategy development, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,000 - $215,000 in the United States.
  • Uncapped commission target.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
