Description

  • Manage a team responsible for configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and improving demo environments used for high-impact solution demonstrations.
  • Oversee the upgrade process and work with product and operations teams to improve environment uptime, performance, and quality.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders to keep demo transaction flows, process flows, and reporting scalable and effective.
  • Lead a virtual team of business and technical engineers and coordinate contributions from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Delivery, Implementation, Legal, and IT/Security.
  • Manage the request and ticket workflow in Jira from assignment through completion, including progress tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Organize and lead bid-related meetings and communicate no-bid decisions for unqualified or short-turnaround proposal requests.
  • Architect and develop intelligent agents using Coupa Agent Studio to automate complex workflows.
  • Build solution proof-of-concepts with Coupa Compose and Coupa AI technologies.
  • Develop middleware, scripts, and API integrations to connect prototypes with ERPs, middleware systems, and third-party data providers.
  • Partner with Solution Advisors to translate customer pain points into technical requirements and participate in discovery sessions and demonstration dry-runs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading a global demo environment team, preferably in technology or SaaS spend management.
  • Experience in software development focused on enterprise applications and application modernization, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on full-stack experience across front-end, back-end, database, and infrastructure.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, with hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience with AI-related technologies and prompt engineering/LLM orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with data management tools and RDBMS.
  • Experience building integrations using APIs and JSON/XML formats, including systems such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, influencing, and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Writing, English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
