Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 Account Executives and 2 Sales Operations professionals.
  • Architect and execute the transition from a combined hunting/farming model to two distinct, focused teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and backfill team members as the organization scales.
  • Define and implement a repeatable sales process with clear qualification criteria, deal stages, and entry/exit requirements.
  • Drive HubSpot adoption and build reporting infrastructure for real-time pipeline visibility.
  • Establish forecast discipline and predictable revenue cadences.
  • Own pipeline generation targets and build proactive outbound and territory development motions.
  • Partner with leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging.
  • Drive 15-20% growth in software sales in year one and 3x pipeline generation versus baseline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology or ERP sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Direct experience selling ERP or enterprise applications is required; adjacent enterprise tech may be considered.
  • Proven track record of building or rebuilding a sales organization from a reactive to a proactive motion.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing a CRM, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing quota-carrying Account Executives and hitting team-level revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to build sales processes from the ground up.
  • Experience running tight forecasts, clean pipelines, and data-driven operating cadences.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales teams while modeling outbound behavior.
  • Experience shifting team culture without disrupting what is working.
  • Comfort with a 3-6 month ramp period.
