Description

  • Own company-wide revenue forecasting in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and consistency across teams.
  • Identify pipeline risks and gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Align CRM forecasting with financial planning models.
  • Define and enforce lead routing, pipeline stage criteria, and conversion benchmarks.
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive conversion and sales efficiency improvements.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure alignment across teams on definitions, handoffs, and accountability.
  • Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership on pipeline health, forecast risk, and productivity.
  • Lead and develop the RevOps team, including systems, Salesforce/billing specialists, and Deal Desk.
  • Own the RevOps tech stack strategy and roadmap and evaluate tool ROI.
  • Support quota modeling, capacity planning, comp plan modeling, and territory planning.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in PE-backed SaaS, technology, or digital asset management platforms is preferred.
  • Proven ownership of forecasting and pipeline management for a sales team of at least 10 reps.
  • Experience partnering with executive and sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling environments.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and metrics.
  • Deep experience with forecasting and pipeline analysis and an end-to-end GTM mindset.
  • Extensive experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Qualified, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of billing systems like Zuora and Marketo is beneficial.
  • Self-starter who is results-oriented and focused on driving business growth.
