Description

  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Klaviyo’s Sales technology ecosystem aligned to revenue growth and enterprise expansion.
  • Translate business priorities into a scalable systems roadmap across Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM tooling.
  • Lead and develop a growing team of managers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Establish clear ownership, operating rhythms, and delivery standards to drive consistent outcomes.
  • Define long-term system architecture and make build-versus-buy decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and implement data models, workflows, and automation that support enterprise sales motions.
  • Improve system reliability, data quality, and platform trust across core GTM systems.
  • Lead the development and evolution of CPQ capabilities and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Partner with Finance Technology to support global and multi-currency quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Champion AI and automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve sales productivity.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in Sales/GTM systems, business systems, or enterprise applications in a SaaS or technology company.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience, including managing managers, across Salesforce and related GTM systems.
  • Experience scaling systems through major company inflection points such as moving upmarket, launching new products, or expanding globally.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise, sales-led motions such as AEs, BDRs, and inside sales.
  • Preferred experience building or scaling CPQ and complex quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Preferred understanding of how Sales systems integrate with Finance and data platforms.
  • Preferred experience driving automation and AI-enabled workflows within Sales.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • High agency and accountability with a track record of owning outcomes end to end.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $184,000–$276,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, and industry events.
