Description

  • Own and automate the bi-weekly funnel review data cycle by extracting opportunity data from Salesforce and maintaining pipeline waterfall charts and performance visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure Business Development presentation slides accurately reflect current TCV, close dates, forecast status, and risk indicators for leadership reviews.
  • Audit Salesforce data for completeness and accuracy and support the rollout of new workflows, dashboards, and automations to reduce manual effort.
  • Analyze pipeline health metrics such as funnel factor, stage conversion rates, velocity, attrition, and forecast-vs.-gap positioning to surface revenue and bookings insights.
  • Support strategic account planning by maintaining account plans in the GOSRT framework, including stakeholder mapping, drug pipeline documentation, and opportunity identification.
  • Prepare materials for QBRs, board reviews, and cross-functional strategy sessions, including bookings-vs.-target analyses and account performance snapshots.
  • Contribute to conference planning workstreams, including targeting strategy and post-event follow-up coordination.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or finishing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and chart building.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear, professional data-driven slides.
  • Experience working with data and analyzing it to tell a story, not just report numbers.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage recurring deliverables on a tight cadence where accuracy matters.
  • Comfort taking ownership of a process and following through.
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to do the work, no matter how big or small.
  • Interest in business development, sales operations, strategic marketing, or biopharma-related work is beneficial.
