Description

  • Manage the full lead assignment logic within the CRM.
  • Ensure all inbound leads are assigned quickly and that human follow-up is tracked consistently.
  • Design and maintain lead routing rules based on territory, rotation, and priority levels.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted lead follow-up systems.
  • Ensure each qualified lead is placed into structured engagement sequences of 5 to 10 interactions.
  • Act as the link between AI tools and revenue teams to ensure generated communications are relevant, timely, and actionable.
  • Translate sales team feedback into improvements to workflows and AI logic.
  • Integrate and operationalize data from multiple sources, including intent signals, contact data, and inbound activity.
  • Structure, enrich, and troubleshoot data flows to improve AI performance, segmentation, and data quality.
  • Track, report, test, and continuously optimize lead response time, conversion rates, pipeline generation, messaging, segmentation, and follow-up cadence.
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to align certifications, co-selling opportunities, and partner activation workflows.
  • Build scalable processes that reduce manual effort and ensure no qualified lead is overlooked.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or growth.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools in go-to-market processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimize workflows that combine automation and human execution.
  • Comfort with data, segmentation, and performance metrics.
  • Practical understanding of AI applied to real business processes, not just experimental use cases.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems and certification or co-selling models is an asset.
  • Systems mindset with a focus on scalable process design rather than manual work.
  • Connector mindset with the ability to bridge marketing, sales, and technology.
  • Results-oriented focus on pipeline and conversion, not just activity.
  • English proficiency is required for regular communication with clients and colleagues outside Quebec.

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 CAD gross per year, depending on experience and location.
