Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent outbound activity.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and product demonstrations through close.
  • Convert inbound interest and partner with Sales Development on lead follow-up.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce and Gong Deal Boards.
  • Lead high-quality sales conversations and review call notes the same day.
  • Own onboarding and handoff steps, including kickoff scheduling and payment-related transitions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product to support the customer journey.
  • Apply a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach tailored to veterinary practice needs.
  • Travel approximately 10% for trade shows, sales kickoffs, customer events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS inside sales experience.
  • Track record of owning a pipeline, forecasting accurately, and hitting revenue targets.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail in data accuracy, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, in a 95% virtual sales motion.
  • Strong work ethic, learning mindset, coachability, and accountability.
  • Natural problem-solving ability with clear analysis and follow-through.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success.
  • Must be comfortable working core hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time.
  • Bonus points for experience in the veterinary industry or selling to small businesses.
  • Candidates must be committed to focusing on this role exclusively and not holding multiple sales roles.

  • On-target earnings of $115,000–$130,000 annually.
  • 50/50 split between base salary and uncapped commission.
