Description

  • Expand relationships with existing customers across all verticals.
  • Prospect new accounts and develop greenfield opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain an active deal pipeline with strong quota coverage.
  • Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase Collibra’s footprint.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from lead origination through stakeholder mapping, negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process to identify value and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate, timely forecasting and update Salesforce with real-time activity.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver measurable customer outcomes in enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales for data management software.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding SaaS sales quota.
  • Experience in the data management domain.
  • Experience selling in greenfield and expansion territories.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience selling net-new and expansion opportunities to C-level buyers in large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience running consultative, value-based sales processes.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business problems or streamline workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Comfort with travel as required.
