Description

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for new customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to break into large, matrixed enterprise accounts.
  • Engage software engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders to understand needs and position Temporal across use cases.
  • Navigate complex technical discussions and align Temporal’s capabilities with customer priorities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and capture high-value opportunities within large enterprise organizations to drive net-new customer acquisition.
  • Adapt sales strategies to the evolving needs of enterprise customers in a high-growth market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or similar roles.
  • Proven track record selling to software engineers, technical decision-makers, and engineering leaders.
  • Demonstrated success closing deals within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
  • Experience driving high-growth sales motions and scaling revenue in enterprise accounts.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience with developer tools or infrastructure products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based sales models and adoption of technical products is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, including presenting to technical and executive audiences.

  • OTE of $300,000-$350,000 with a 50/50 split.
