Description

  • Design and ship AI agents and automated workflows that support the revenue motion.
  • Build lead enrichment agents using Clay, Claygents, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake to rank inbound and outbound leads.
  • Create outbound personalization agents that draft cold outreach based on prospect context and company positioning.
  • Develop AI-assisted research workflows that generate meeting prep, account briefs, and call summaries.
  • Build pipeline pattern detection agents that identify stalled deals, churn risk, and acceleration opportunities from deal data.
  • Create agentic deal review and forecast support workflows for managers and leaders.
  • Integrate workflows with Salesforce, Pardot, Snowflake, and BI systems, ensuring clean data flows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Operations within Commercial Operations.
  • Work within HIPAA and other regulated-data constraints when workflows touch customer or patient data.
  • Own the roadmap and production adoption of agentic workflows over time.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, product, or a related B2B technical role.
  • Hands-on experience building AI workflows or agents that solve real business problems.
  • Comfort working with Claude or comparable models, including prompt writing and tuning.
  • Ability to wire AI agents to tools and data sources.
  • SQL fluency and ability to write queries against Snowflake or comparable data warehouses.
  • Experience integrating CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Pardot or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to read API docs, design integrations, and own them end to end.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for working directly with sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of 6sense, Clay, Claygents, ZoomInfo, Power BI, or dbt (strong plus).
  • Python or comparable scripting ability for cases where no-code tools are not enough.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or another regulated industry where data governance shaped your work (strong plus).
  • Prior experience as the first or early AI engineer at a GTM organization (strong plus).
  • Remote location requirement: based in the United States or Canada.
