Description

  • Identify, create, and pass qualified leads to designated sales representatives.
  • Execute outreach campaigns through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Schedule meetings with target clients through prospecting efforts.
  • Collaborate with key decision makers to launch the internal sales cycle.
  • Understand patient flow issues, provider frustrations, and health system objectives.
  • Adapt PerfectServe’s sales approach to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Research and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of PerfectServe products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Motivated, competitive, and hardworking with a desire to grow in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette across all forms of communication.
  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
  • Comfortable handling phone outreach and rejection.
  • Pleasantly persistent and able to move sales conversations toward a yes.
  • Ambitious and open to coaching and new ideas.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • Must currently reside in the United States within Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Fully remote position.
