Description

  • Identify, create, and pass qualified leads to designated sales representatives.
  • Execute outreach campaigns through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Schedule new meetings with target clients through prospecting.
  • Collaborate with key decision makers to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Understand patient flow issues, provider frustrations, and health system objectives.
  • Adapt PerfectServe’s approach to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Research and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of PerfectServe products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Current U.S. residency in Eastern or Central time zones is required.
  • Motivated, competitive, and hardworking with a desire to grow in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette across all communication channels.
  • Comfortable with phone outreach and handling rejection.
  • Pleasantly persistent and able to drive conversations toward agreement.
  • Ambitious, open to coaching, and receptive to new ideas.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to create a strong first impression and deliver a positive customer experience.
