Description

  • Identify and research prospects across target verticals such as churches, e-commerce, construction, home services, trucking, and real estate.
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, directories, and prospecting tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and move them toward discovery calls.
  • Conduct discovery calls using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Run demos and walkthroughs using tools like Digits.
  • Handle objections, create proposals, and close smaller deals independently.
  • Manage pipeline follow-ups to nurture leads and prevent missed opportunities.
  • Track interactions, deal stages, outreach activity, ad performance, and pipeline metrics in CRM.
  • Provide weekly performance insights and maintain accurate CRM notes and updates.

Requirements

  • Full-time, remote availability working U.S. business hours (EST).
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and closing deals independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Experience selling into SMBs or service-based businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or Digits is a plus.
  • Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns is preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting workflows or financial operations is preferred.
