Description

  • Build targeted prospect lists using sales prospecting platforms and research prospects for personalized outreach.
  • Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  • Make 30–40+ cold calls and 60–100 outbound touchpoints per day while maintaining consistent follow-up discipline.
  • Handle objections professionally, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity, conversations, lead stages, and follow-up schedules.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene and produce accurate reporting on outreach and pipeline activity.
  • A/B test messaging and email sequences to improve response, conversion, and meeting-booked rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize outreach campaigns based on data.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and sales outreach campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Outreach.io, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high outreach volumes daily and work independently in a remote sales environment.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and consistency with follow-ups.
  • B2B SaaS or professional services sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience prospecting into SMBs or mid-market companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sales is preferred.
