Description

  • Identify and research potential clients that fit Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and outbound prospecting to reach decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate on joint partnership initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, events, and product integrations.
  • Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Track and report on lead conversion rates, sales forecasts, and other sales metrics.
  • Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Uptalent.io’s services.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to align business development efforts with company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar B2B role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
