Description

  • Identify and research high-potential leads through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
  • Initiate outreach to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social channels to build rapport and generate interest.
  • Conduct brief discovery calls to understand prospect needs and assess mutual fit.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and provide relevant background information.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead details, call notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Track outreach performance metrics such as response rates, booked meetings, and conversion rates.
  • Work with sales and marketing team members to improve outreach strategy and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to be articulate, persuasive, and comfortable contacting new prospects.
  • Highly motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on targets.
  • Curious and eager to learn about the market, products, and customers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or target-driven role such as retail or hospitality is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the industry or vertical and the challenges businesses face within it is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
  • Performance-based commission of up to 20% of sales targets.
