Description

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists across industries such as churches, e-commerce, construction, home services, trucking, and real estate.
  • Develop lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, online directories, and other prospecting tools.
  • Execute outbound campaigns through cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other social channels.
  • Support inbound lead generation through Facebook campaigns, Instagram campaigns, and lightweight paid social support.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and identify operational, accounting, and financial workflow pain points.
  • Present tailored accounting and financial service solutions, run demos, and handle objections confidently.
  • Close smaller deals independently and move opportunities toward conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and manage follow-up schedules in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Provide weekly sales and pipeline reporting and monitor outreach, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline movement.
  • Collaborate with service delivery and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions after the sale.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial services, or closely related industries.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, demos, and closing.
  • Hands-on CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience using outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with U.S.-based SMB clients and building trust quickly with business owners.
  • Strong objection-handling, relationship-building, and independent execution skills in remote environments.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable owning pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Preferred experience selling into SMBs, service-based businesses, or operationally heavy industries.
  • Preferred familiarity with GoHighLevel, Digits, accounting workflow systems, Facebook campaigns, Instagram ads, or inbound lead generation.
