Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound property management leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct sales conversations with prospective property owners, investors, and other interested clients.
  • Explain service offerings and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Build trust and credibility through strong communication and consultative selling.
  • Move opportunities through the sales pipeline toward signed agreements and closed deals.
  • Maintain consistent, organized follow-up to nurture warm leads and re-engage prospects.
  • Update CRM records with calls, follow-ups, deal stages, and lead status changes.
  • Track pipeline progression, conversion activity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Share market feedback and insights on property management trends, investor pain points, and competitive services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
  • Proven experience in property management sales, real estate sales, property management operations, or related real estate industries.
  • Strong CRM experience managing leads, follow-ups, and deal pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills and confidence speaking with U.S.-based clients over the phone.
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative sales, and follow-through discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple inbound leads simultaneously.
  • Experience selling property management services, real estate services, or investor-focused solutions is ideal.
  • Familiarity with rental property operations, real estate investment markets, and property owners/landlords is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
