Description

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts and build a strong book of qualified leads.
  • Run discovery calls, sales presentations, and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Manage deals across all stages of the sales funnel and drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Understand client pain points and business goals to position tailored B2B solutions.
  • Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting data.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership to support smooth onboarding and share customer insights.
  • Analyze sales performance and optimize strategies to improve win rates and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive roles, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, closing deals consistently, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to run discovery calls and close deals.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong pipeline management and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment.
  • Experience in B2B service-based companies, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring junior SDRs or sales reps is preferred.
  • Strong forecasting and reporting skills are preferred.
  • Stable career growth in sales roles is preferred.
