Description

  • Build, launch, and optimize automated marketing workflows, including lead nurture, drip, trigger-based, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot lead scoring models and workflow logic to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns across marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action to improve campaign results.
  • Integrate and maintain marketing automation platforms with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho CRM.
  • Ensure accurate lead routing, lead handoff, and marketing-to-sales alignment processes.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant marketing databases by removing duplicates, inactive contacts, and outdated records.
  • Build audience segments based on industry, behavior, persona, lifecycle stage, and engagement activity.
  • Track campaign performance and build dashboards and reports using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements to automation, messaging, audience strategy, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms including HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot (Account Engagement), or ActiveCampaign.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, lead scoring, email marketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data management.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, marketing operations, CRM workflows, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or growth marketing environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, marketing analytics, and revenue operations is preferred.
  • Experience with Zapier, APIs, and third-party integrations is preferred.
