Description

  • Coordinate Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, and regional teams on user-journey optimization initiatives.
  • Track requirements, timelines, and delivery progress across multiple stakeholders.
  • Create, configure, validate, and monitor vouchers and user tasks.
  • Develop recommendation materials, including educational content, trending news, and campaign guidance.
  • Track click-through and conversion performance of recommendation materials and suggest improvements.
  • Research core user journeys and competitor experiences to identify friction points and propose practical enhancements.
  • Partner with regional teams to understand local user preferences and support localized content and strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Proactive, quick-learning mindset with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Previous internship experience in user growth, user operations, campaign operations, or project management is preferred.
  • Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools are preferred.
  • Interest in crypto, fintech, or internet user growth is preferred.
  • Experience using Binance or other exchange products is preferred.
