Description

  • Lead execution of client CRM initiatives in Braze across email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Configure and customize Braze to implement agreed campaign strategies.
  • Design and execute targeted, segmented, and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams and stakeholders to align campaign execution with strategic goals.
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
  • Guide project teams to ensure efficient delivery, smooth operations, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify customer behavior and trends.
  • Perform QA for CRM campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation.
  • Create campaign documentation, performance reports, and measurement metrics.
  • Apply Braze capabilities to develop innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing automation specialist in the CRM space.
  • Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Strong attention to detail, including QA of CRM campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Ability to work proactively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • C1-level English proficiency.
  • Braze Practitioner or Marketer certification, extensive Braze experience, and SQL-based data analysis experience are preferred.
  • Valid right to work is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability to work using a personal device under the company's BYOD policy.
