Description

  • Configure and optimize GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and automation workflows for business needs.
  • Design sales funnels, marketing communications, lead-management processes, and customer workflows.
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with payment processors, schedulers, and other business tools using native integrations and APIs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to translate operational needs into automated solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, refine, and continuously improve automation systems for reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate data flow and integrity between GoHighLevel and integrated platforms.
  • Train and support internal teams to improve GoHighLevel adoption and usage.
  • Build and maintain GoHighLevel dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to resolve integration issues and identify new integration opportunities.
  • Stay current on GoHighLevel features and automation best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and optimizing GoHighLevel.
  • Expertise in GoHighLevel CRM, funnel building, marketing automation, and workflow design.
  • Proven ability to design and implement efficient business-process automations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying workflow and data issues.
  • Excellent English communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed global team during US Pacific Time hours.
  • Experience importing data into GoHighLevel, maintaining data hygiene, and performing data cleanup (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel native integrations, and cross-system field mapping (preferred).
  • Experience in home services or agency-style operations (preferred).

  • USD-based compensation of $1,800-$2,000 per month, paid through Gusto in local currency or via an American bank in USD.
