Description

  • Set up and customize GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and advanced automation workflows to fit business needs.
  • Design and build sales funnels and marketing communication workflows.
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with payment processors, schedulers, and other business tools using built-in integrations and API capabilities.
  • Translate operational needs into effective automated solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Analyze, refine, and optimize existing automation systems for efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide GoHighLevel training and ongoing support to improve team adoption and understanding.
  • Ensure accurate data transfer between GoHighLevel and integrated systems while maintaining data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal and customer user experiences through automation.
  • Troubleshoot issues with third-party tools and explore new integration opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in GoHighLevel to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and optimizing GoHighLevel for business use.
  • Strong experience with no-code/low-code funnel building, marketing automation, and CRM workflows.
  • Proven ability to design and implement efficient business automations.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
  • Fluent English for seamless collaboration with a global team.
  • Experience in the home services sector or agency-style operations is preferred.
  • Experience importing data into GoHighLevel and applying data hygiene and cleanup best practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with connecting GoHighLevel to other platforms using Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or native integrations is preferred.
  • Ability to map data fields between systems and diagnose where automations are failing or sending incorrect data is preferred.
