Description

  • Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that supports growth and brand awareness.
  • Own the marketing funnel end-to-end, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and brand positioning.
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team or external resources as needed.
  • Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, outbound, and partnerships.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee creative direction and messaging to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns that attract, engage, and convert qualified leads.
  • Use A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve acquisition and campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally as a Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through paid ads, outbound campaigns, and organic marketing.
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, outreach tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading digital marketing functions for B2B service-based or professional industries is preferred.
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or performance-driven demand generation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
