Description

  • Manage and scale global paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as paid search, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Own performance against revenue growth targets while operating within ROAS and payback constraints and managing a $X million budget.
  • Develop hypotheses and run experiments to test audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Collect, analyze, and apply campaign data to improve performance and guide decision-making.
  • Partner with creative and analytics teams to maximize channel efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities in large data sets and translate findings into clear actions for stakeholders.
  • Organize and communicate performance marketing insights to key collaborators.
  • Identify and scale new high-performing channels or formats.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct-response performance marketing focused on measurable growth.
  • Proven success managing large budgets for acquisition campaigns.
  • Paid search experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of attribution and incrementality, with CRO used to validate causal impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience collaborating across functions using evidence-based decision-making.
  • Ability and drive to use the latest AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deep direct-response acquisition expertise across one or more core performance channels (paid search, Meta, YouTube) is preferred.
  • Experience with channel expansion, audience targeting, creative optimization, or bidding strategies is relevant.
  • Experience working in international or multi-country campaigns is a plus.
